Customer Service & Admin

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. The successful individual will need to be suited to a fast-moving environment, be able to handle confidential information, turn tasks around quickly and efficiently, and possess excellent administrative and organisational skills—someone who is a self-starter and can work under their own initiative.

You will provide customer support, managing all inbound enquiries pre- and post-sales across our websites and sales channels, such as Etsy, eBay, and TikTok shops. 

Our ideal candidate would have fresh ideas and be willing to hit the ground running. It will be a fun and varied role that is crucial to the smooth running of the business. Training can be provided for all areas.

Full or part-time considered for the right candidate.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Services
  • Office Administrator
  • Supporting the MD
  • Stock ordering
  • Coordinating job progress meetings with the team.
  • Providing a first point of call for clients via phone.
  • Updating job management system & client portals
  • Ad hoc/general administration.

Experience with any of the following advantage

  •  Worked in E-commerce
  • Used Linnworks software

Predominantly office based in Lincoln City Centre.

Salary £21,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
